NUTRITION FOR KIDS


Nowadays there is a large rank of Obesity in Kids because parents are not aware of what they are eating at home or at school. Most parents prefer fast food such as cookies, sodas, hot dogs, burguers,  spicy snacks, etc. rather than fruits, oatmeal cookies or healthier food. 
Nutrition for kids is based on the same principles as nutrition for adults. however, the amount depends on the ages.

   
Consider these nutrient- dense foods:

PROTEINS
FRUITS  

And it would be a good point that parents avoid solids fats and added sugar  such as butter, cake, soda,pizza, etc and replace them with the food mentioned above.
