MIND AND BODY
Yoga's principles of nutrition are very similar because
it is recomendable to eat small quantities of high quality foods. It means that people should eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.
VEGETABLES
They give us the higher proteins, vitamin and mineral concentration so there is a wide variety of
high protein green foods like cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, etc.
MEAT
In this case we have to be cautious of eating meat but it is advisable to eat meat in strict moderation. Remember that meat contains both fat and toxins.
EAT SLOWLY
It emphasizes the type of food eaten because if we eat in a slowly way our diagestive system will be in good conditions for yoga exercises.
In conclusion, simple meals as vegetables, fruits, grains are easy to digest and YOGA is not only for staying strong and fit also for consentration and reduce disease.
