Yoga's principles of nutrition are very similar because  it is recomendable to eat small quantities of high quality foods. It means that  people should eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts.

In this case we have to be cautious of eating meat but it is advisable to eat meat in strict moderation. Remember that meat contains both fat and toxins.
